Coaching Bio:

Motivated by high school and collegiate coaches, I knew I wanted to assist athletes to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.  While being coached, I paid attention to the details –the WHYs and the HOWs.  I read anything they gave me and asked for more.  I focused on applying my coaches’ knowledge of theories, philosophies and principles  into what worked best for my teammates and myself.  My achievements as well as my setbacks during their guidance has given me opportunities to explore the human limits of the mind and body.

Building off of my experiences, I’ve created a systematic approach that encourages the mind and body to work harmoniously together. I truly listen to my athletes and organize my coaching to what they need to get what they want. I recognize that they are not just a robots who will follow word for word what a 16-week training plan says to do, that they’re complex organisms that physiologically, psychologically and spiritually ebbs and flows.
